HF2IS Impedance Spectroscope
Summary
Zurich Instruments' HF2IS (high-frequency, 2 inputs) impedance spectroscope providing a frequency range from 0.7μHz to 50MHz. With 8 demodulators and a 128-bit DSP engine, the HF2IS allows simultaneous measurement up to 8 frequencies with unprecedented accuracy. Two physical input channels replace a second device and deliver superior measurements. With these capabilities, the HF2IS brings multi-frequency impedance spectroscopy to a new level and enables new applications, especially where speed and accuracy are essential.
Applications previously tied to analog instrumentation now benefit from digital processing, high-performance filtering, and fast readouts with microsecond latency. This instrument satisfies the highest requirements of today’s research laboratories.
